This website, saterasistersbeauty.com, is operated by Satera Sisters Beauty ("we," "us," "our"), based in Illinois, United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

  • We sell beauty, skincare, hair care, and beauty-tool products made by third-party brands. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer, and we're not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless we say so.
  • Many products ship directly from our suppliers and US retailers.
  • We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors may look different on your screen, and packaging may change from what is pictured.
  • Read ingredient lists and do a patch test before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Product information isn't medical advice. Stop using a product and consult a professional if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout, and taxes are added where applicable.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We don't store your full card details.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock problems. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Please don't misuse the site. That includes attempting to break its security, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful. Site content (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors, and product images and brand names belong to their respective owners.
